Imagine for a moment that you died tomorrow, you woke up in heaven.  You found yourself looking God square in the face. As you looked in his eyes, be seems puzzled. He looks at you as he rubs his head, and says. What are you doing here now?

What would you say, at the realization that you just died before your time to go.

Each day, there are at least 100 people who die, yet someone will  claim, that they died before their time. Some die because of accidents, or senseless violence. But there is, a small percentage of folks that die because they simply didn’t take the care of them selves that they needed too.

AS I drove a truck for the past nine years, I can remember how dismal it was to wake up at a truck stop, and find police and paramedics inside of a truck where a driver had been found dead. Yet every single company taught the same thing to each driver. Be ware of what you eat, and how you live.

Without a doubt nutrition is a key to sustaining life. Today more that ever the saying “you are what you eat”, may  be so true. Are you 100% sure of every single thing that you eat? Are you sure that what you are eating is really good for you?

Let me ask you this, if the food we eat today is, as per the FDA “acceptable” why is it that as each year passes, life expectancy shortens. Ever wonder  why  folks in Old Testament times, or even better, in George Washington’s time. Lived Longer.

What is really going into the food that you are consuming? Is Organic really the way to go?  Ok so maybe that organic farmer now only uses 5% of the level of poison in the ground. OH, yes I said Poison that is the fertilizer of choice these days.

How much is really in your food, and how safe is your food? Are you really getting the nutrition that you deserve, and need. And if when counting those calories for that Jenny Craig, is that accurate.  If the food you are eating is already shorten in the amount of nutrients and you shorten those.  Are you really getting the amount that you need?

So check out for a moment what you are doing, and try not to wake up and hear those words. Fill your life with the things you need, and live fully charged!
