Doctors recommend the following as a recommended daily intake of water in order to keep healthy. However, allow me to ask you this. How safe is the water that you are drinking? Where is it coming from? Seem like simple questions, ones that we most likely never ask. Well let me explain a bit to you about the water that you are consuming.
Over the past few years, the sale of water bottles has become one of the biggest selling products after Pepsi, Coke, and Mountain Dew. However, like normal when something makes money, there are those who try to make the most from the least. The problem here is that the least becomes the most dangerous for you and me.
Allow me to explain. There are two types of bottles that are used to distribute water today. One of which is totally safe, and the other contains traces of something that you may have to decide for yourself. As for me. I am not drinking that. Think for a moment about the smell of rubber, or plastic burning. Not a pleasant smell huh.
Well the new small, sort of rippled shape bottles are made at the water plants, and as they are heated they are cooled into the shape, by adding water. That water is not drained from the inside. It is simply capped and sold to you for drinking. So any residue left in the bottles inside, is now in your water.
So, how clean is that water that you are consuming on a day to day basis, by the gallons. So think about that before you spend that next $1 on a bottle of water.

Drinking water at certain time it’s effectiveness on the body:

2 glasses of water after waking up – helps activate internal organs

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking a bath – helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed – avoids stroke or heart attack
