For years the myth of there being a fountain of youth, have spread like air which we breathe. Is it possible that now after all these years, that someone has truly found the key to what could keep us young. I would say that we should take this as only one part of the key.

The researchers have demonstrated by two independent approaches that even a low concentration of lithium leads to an increased life expectancy in humans as well as in a model organism, the roundworm Caenorhabditis elegans.
